FRIDAY AFTERNOON GOLF AT BEAR MOUNTAIN!

Our league is lucky to again be offered a great golf package at Bear Mountain on Friday afternoons after work starting on Friday, May 25.

The offer includes 18 holes of golf, a power cart with GPS, a bucket of balls to warm up with on the range and a voucher for $15.00 to spend in the Masters Lounge after your game. Total cost for this is $69.00 plus tax.

If you have never played either of Bear Mountain's fantastic courses, but have always wanted to, then this is your chance. The deal is too good to pass up.

Email Ken O'Connor if you are interested in playing. Bring your friends, teammates, relatives, neighbours, wife, girlfriend, but not a good idea to bring both, whomever and join us for a fun afternoon and evening. First tee off is at 3.30 and every 10 minutes after that until we get everyone playing.

A & B DIVISION MANAGERS/COACHES
PLEASE NOTE!

If your game is going to be cancelled for any reason it is your responsibility to contact Darcy Johnston at 250-532-6699 or umpdarcy@nsacanada.ca to cancel the scheduled umpire.

If the umpire is not cancelled by 4 pm on game night, you will still have to pay the umpire fee.

ICE BREAKER ... A FUN TOURNAMENT

Email your tournament information to the webmaster so that it can be posted on this site for all to see.

MANAGERS PLEASE NOTE:
REVISED "KEY FOR COLVILLE" RULES
IMPORTANT INFO - PLEASE READ

"KEY" on the schedule means the HOME team for that game is responsible for picking up the key, unlocking and relocking ALL GATES at the Colville Road Diamonds. PLEASE REMEMBER this also entails relocking ALL GATES at the end of the evening and/or assigning the job to the team manager of one of the teams still using the Colville fields if your game is over and you are heading home.

The team manager originally responsible for that night is the person we will be in touch with if anything goes amiss.

If you as the manager cannot attend a game please assign it to your most trusted man.

If your team cannot make your game you are still responsible to assign that KEY job to a team that will be playing. You are ultimately the person responsible so make sure you know who you are assigning the job to.

The fields must be opened no later then 5:45 and the key must be returned to the Naden gym by 9:30.

We must adhere to these rules as there was too much miscommunication in past years.

ALSO ...

Jumping the fence at Colville WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

It is your responsibility to let your team members know this rule.

If you are caught jumping over or under the fences at anytime you will receive a one game suspension, twice caught, three games and if you have not learned by then your whole team will be suspended for a game.

This may sound harsh but we will lose the fields if we do not obey these rules.

The Department of National Defence has asked us to implement rules to insure this happens. They will also be monitoring Colville fields.

Please govern yourselves and your teams accordingly.

Submit Game Results for League Standings

The League Standings, which include each team's winning percentage used for playoffs and relegation, will automatically be up to date as long as all scores are submitted.

It is the responsibility of each team, whether you win or lose, to enter the score after each game, but only one team needs to do so.

When you shake hands after the game, Managers need to decide which team will submit the score to the website.

THANK YOU SPONSORS!

There is a new addition to our website, a link to showcase those who sponsor teams in our league. If you wish to advertise your sponsor on this page please email your sponsors' logo to the webmaster.

The link, which is in the left column navigation, is: Team Sponsors.

WARNING — YOU WILL BE TOWED!!!

We must respect local housing in the area and therefore we are NOT PERMITTED to park on the residential (south) side of Colville Road.

We are to use the parking lot at the Base Hospital and/or the gravel parking lot situated at the top of the stairs that lead down to the diamonds.

Parking is permitted on the street adjacent to the ball diamonds on the north side of Colville Road ONLY.

If this is not complied with you are subject to a ticket and may be towed.

Thank you ... Facilities Coordinator, CFB Esquimalt
