If your game is going to be cancelled for any reason it is your responsibility to contact Ron George at 250-216-4542 or 250-592-4501 to cancel the scheduled umpire.
If the umpire is not cancelled by 5 pm on game night, you will still have to pay the umpire fee.
As mentioned at the AGM remember to get your team roster in to Tom Fristoe or updated on the web before you play your first game so that your players are covered by the insurance.
